At Circle Audio, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date as indicated by the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.
- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in the exact condition as received, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials. The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or modification.

Return Authorization: Customers must contact Circle Audio directly to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including proper packaging and insurance to protect against damage or loss during transit. Circle Audio is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipping process.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), Circle Audio will process the refund to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping fees, or damages incurred to the product.
- Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or neglect.
- Products that have been modified or altered in any way.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Circle Audio immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be designated as non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or regulatory restrictions. These items will be clearly marked as such on our website and are not eligible for return unless deemed defective or damaged upon receipt.
