Warranty

This 12-month warranty policy (“Warranty”) covers Circle Audio products (“Product”) purchased directly from Circle Audio or an authorized Circle Audio dealer. This Warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Coverage:

  • Defective Parts: This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Product. Circle Audio will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective Product or part thereof, free of charge.
  • Wear and Tear: This Warranty covers normal wear and tear of the Product during the course of ordinary use.
Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover:
  • Physical Damage: Any damage resulting from mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation of the Product.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel or third parties.
  • Accessories: Accessories included with the Product, such as cables and cases, are covered under a separate warranty or are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Warranty Claims:
  • To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt or invoice.
  • Warranty claims must be made within the applicable warranty period.
  • Customers must contact Circle Audio directly or their authorized dealer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any Product for warranty service.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning the Product for warranty service.
Limitation of Liability:
  • Circle Audio’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Products or parts thereof, as outlined in Section 1.
  • Circle Audio shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
Governing Law:
  • This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Modification of Terms:
  • Circle Audio reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of this Warranty at any time without prior notice.
Severability:
  • If any provision of this Warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
